About us

A School Built on Love, Dedication, and Hope

Despite limited resources, we are committed to giving children the education they deserve.

Udayan School was founded by Late Subesta Khatun, a devoted teacher who dedicated her life to educating underprivileged children. Even with no library, lab, or playground, she worked tirelessly to give students access to education.

After her passing, her son, Zakaria Sajib, and his wife, Tehami Mahmuda, took on the responsibility of running the school despite financial hardships. Today, we continue her mission, ensuring that every child—regardless of their background—has the opportunity to learn and build a better future.

Founder & Visionary of Udayan School

Subesta Khatun was more than a teacher—she was a beacon of hope. She believed education was a right, not a privilege, and dedicated her life to making it accessible.

Though she is gone, her vision lives on. Udayan School continues to educate children despite financial struggles, keeping her legacy alive with every student who learns.

Every child, no matter how poor, deserves a chance to learn. Education is the only way to break the cycle of poverty.

What parent say
As a parent, I wanted my child to have the best education, but affordability was a major concern. Udayan School made it possible by offering quality education at a cost we could afford. They not only teach, but they also care, ensuring that even children from struggling families get the support they need. I am grateful for their dedication and impact on my child's future.
